Of course, if the spring is damaged, it can be replaced, but the specifications of each type of spring are different and have been determined during design. Springs should not be easily replaced with each other during use. After a period of mold production, the spring may become weak, and springs with lower quality may also break inside the mold.

The compression amount of the mold spring is generally calculated based on 300000 cycles, which means that the mold may lose force after 300000 cycles of spring application. Of course, the lifespan of typical stamping molds is not that long, and the maximum compression amount can also be calculated. If calculated based on the maximum compression amount, it can only ensure that the spring does not burst inside the mold. Pressing the mold tightly is also beneficial for the flatness of the product.
